Description:
Responsible for the implementation and integration of risk management procedures across the enterprise, based on a thorough understanding of key IT services that must be maintained to reduce financial loss and critical customer service capability. Ensure monitoring and testing of business continuance and disaster recovery procedures, ensures response to system failures, and is proactive in building processes to minimize/eliminate downtime. Develops service level risk management agreements with the business and with vendors.

The essential functions of this role are:

1) Develops disaster recovery and business continuity plans

2) Conducts and validates testing and documentation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans

3) Addresses and documents findings from internal audits and issues identified during the conduct of DR/BC testing.

4) Consults with business leaders and IT project teams as needed.

Qualifications:

1) 7 to 10 years of IT and business work experience including managing large-scaled IT infrastructure and support functions, risk management activities including IT risk management planning and testing experience, process re-engineering or improvement.

2) Leadership experience managing team(s) is required.

3) At least 2-5 years experience with Customer Interfacing from a Business Continuity perspective.
